Questions, answered plainly.
What exactly is Eva360?
Eva360 is a 360-degree feedback tool you buy for yourself, not something your company runs on you. You complete a self-assessment covering competencies across five clusters plus your passions and interests, then invite 3 to 6 people who know your work to rate you. Once at least 3 raters have submitted, you get a report showing how others see you compared to how you see yourself, including a “Sweet Spot” analysis and a development roadmap.
How does the anonymity actually work, mechanically, not as a promise?
No individual rater's answers are ever shown to you, full stop. Scores only appear in your report as aggregates across groups of 3 or more raters. There is no view, export, or setting that surfaces a single person's responses. The system is built so the individual data simply never reaches you.
If scores are grouped by relationship (peers, direct reports, etc.), couldn't I figure out who said what in a small group?
No, because small groups are suppressed entirely. If a relationship group, say direct reports, has fewer than 3 respondents, that group's scores are not shown at all. They aren't estimated, hinted at, or folded in with a label. This is deliberate. It removes the main way people reverse-engineer feedback in small teams.
What happens if fewer than 3 of my raters respond?
Your report stays locked. The report only unlocks once 3 or more raters have submitted. That threshold is what makes the anonymity real, so there's no override. This is why you can invite up to 6 raters, it gives you a buffer if some people don't get around to it.
Who can I invite as a rater?
Anyone who has seen your work: peers, managers, direct reports, or former colleagues. You choose them and invite them yourself by email. Raters just fill out a survey from the link. They don't need to create an account or pay anything.
Can my employer find out I did this, or see my results?
No. You buy Eva360 yourself, you run the process yourself, and the results go only to you. There is no employer account, no admin dashboard, no HR integration. No employer-facing side of the product exists at all. The only way anyone at your company learns about it is if you tell them, or if you invite them as a rater (and even then, they only see their own survey, never your results).
What's actually in the final report?
Aggregated rater scores set against your self-assessment across the five competency clusters, a “Sweet Spot” analysis that maps where your strengths, what your organization needs, and what you're personally passionate about overlap, and a development roadmap built from those results. You can also download the whole thing as a PDF.
Is this based on a known framework like Zenger Folkman or a certified methodology?
No. The competency framework is authored by Eva360 itself. It isn't licensed from or certified by any third party, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a name-brand certified instrument is what you're after, this isn't that.
How much does it cost, when do I pay, and how long does the whole thing take?
$69, one time, not a subscription. You pay before your rater invitations go out. As for timing, your self-assessment and sending invitations take as long as you choose to spend on them. After that, the timeline depends entirely on how quickly your raters respond, because the report unlocks the moment the third rater submits. We can't honestly promise a specific number of days. Nobody controls other people's inboxes. But picking raters who'll actually follow through is the single biggest thing you can do to speed it up.
