Will my employer find out I'm doing this?
No. Eva360 is built for individuals, not companies. You buy it yourself, you choose who to invite, and your employer is never informed and never sees your results. This is your data, full stop.
Can my raters' answers be traced back to them?
No. You never see any individual rater's answers. Scores are only shown in aggregated groups of at least 3 raters, and if a relationship group (say, direct reports) has fewer than 3 respondents, we suppress that group entirely rather than show or approximate it. Your raters can be honest because they're genuinely protected.
What if fewer than 3 people respond?
Your Sweet Spot report unlocks once at least 3 raters have responded. That's why you can invite up to 6, a buffer so a busy colleague or two doesn't stall your results. And raters don't have to be current coworkers. Former colleagues count too.
Is $69 worth it?
